The Keppel Scholars Alumni Association (KSAA) was formed in August 2001 to augment Group synergy and promote networking across Keppel's strategic business units (SBUs). Over the years, the Association has initiated a wide array of events and initiatives for the benefit of the Keppel Group.
These efforts include encouraging participation in corporate volunteerism and social pursuits at Group level. Through such activities, KSAA hopes to increase employee interaction, nurture camaraderie and unlock synergies across the business units.
KSAA's activities are delegated into four key areas: Community Service, Professional Development, Social Development and Special Projects. The Community Service sub-group oversees the Group-wide Keppel Volunteers programme, while the Professional Development sub-group organises seminars and other events that raise the professional aptitude of members. The Social Development sub-group scours for activities that strengthen bonds amongst Keppelites, while the Special Projects sub-group explores novel ideas and opportunities to enhance the experiences
Membership is open to all Keppelites. Persons who have been conferred scholarships or sponsorships by Keppel to pursue undergraduate or post-graduate degree(s) may join as Ordinary Members, whilst all other Keppelites may join as Associate Members or Honorary Members.
